Returns Policy Things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – a product may be defective or you have received the wrong item.
General Sunshine Markets Returns Policy
Sunshine Markets is happy to exchange a product (less 10% re-stocking fee) without reason providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges. 10% re-stocking fee is charged on the original item price excluding postage.
If a product is wrongly described and different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a store credit or refund. Sunshine Markets will pay all freight charges.
Defective Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. Sunshine Markets will pay all freight charges.
All return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery and approval for return must be granted before posting.
Please email your requests to Sales@sunshinemarkets.com.au stating order number & name. |
