Sunhine Markets uses Australia Post eParcel for most deliveries.

$9.95 Flat Rate Delivery Australia Wide - Order 1 item or 100 items for the one flat rate delivery cost.

Express post is only offered at selcted times throughout the year. If available it will appear as a postage option at checkout.

eParcel is a registered parcel service trackable at www.eparcel.com.au using your tracking number that is supplied in your shipping email or email us at www.sunshinemarkets.com.au and we'll track it for you if not delivered within 5-7 days or 2 days for express post.

We will dispatch all orders received before 11am QLD Time by the following business day**. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched within 48hr business days**.

 An email will be sent including a tracking number once order has been packed ready to be shipped.

If your order is not received within 5 business days for eastern mainland states or 7 business for other areas please email us with your order number and confirmed delivery address.

International Customers

We currently ship to a few selected countries, to see if you country is covered just add any item to cart and click calculate shipping if available your country will appear in drop down menu.

Collection From Warehouse

Orders may be collected in person from our warehouse at 1/79 Eastern Rd, Browns Plains QLD on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am-4pm. We are closed to collections on Wednesdays.   Orders must be placed at least 24hrs prior (phone for urgent orders) Please make payment before collecting, no cash is kept on premises, customers preferring to pay by cash must have correct money ready and select pay by phone option.

We are NOT a store front and do not have viewing of goods, please email if you would like to have an item out for viewing when collecting your order.
