Ned doesn't mean to be naughty, but somehow he just seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, such as when Bill and Corky are trying to paint their shed. They have invented a wondrous painting machine but soon Ned is holding on to it for his life as it careers out of control through the town – painting everything in sight!
